Poor service

On the 27th of February 2025 i went to Mopani Superspar to buy grocery at around 17:00. And after when i was about to approach KFC near Spar I realised that i forgot some other things. I went back to spar and when i was at parcel counter i asked the lady that should i leave them here or i go with my things inside the store. And the lady said “we dont keep spar products in this parcel counter. Ok, then i asked what should i do now because i want to go inside, she said ask the security, and the security said I can’t go with my plastics. I asked to at least leave it there and they refused. I until a stranger offered to look after my things while i go and buy. Imagine a strange can go with ur things while your still inside. I was not happy with the treatment, its like once you buy at spar, you not allowed to come back. Spar Management must fix this situation is very bad, to find a better way to help customers who bought things and later on want to come back to buy other things. Better use something to seal the plastic or allow customers to leave it at parcel counter. Thank you
