Uber Moove driver bumped into me drunk

One of their drivers bumped into me and tried to run away. At that time he was off line and not working. He was with his friends and they were drinking.

He said he would go to the office for the footage and he did not I waited for atleast two weeks. I contacted the office to let them know and they said they would investigate.

Few weeks later I try to follow up and no one is replying to me. Both the numbers I have are not going through anymore.

The driver contacted me the other day and asked if they fixed my car for me because they reduced money from and and they also took the car from him. When they deduced money they told him it’s for insurance to fix my car. But no one contacted me to give me a way forward or to let me know that they have taken his car and deducted money.
