Uber Easts

I made an order through Uber Easts which after accepting they cancelled and promised to refund me the money within ten days. It is now the twelfth day and I still haven't received money. From speaking to my friends this is apparently not an isolated incident, they also received similar treatment that led them to deleting the App. I don't think Uber Easts should be allowed to continue with this duplicitous behaviour. I am willing to do whatever it takes to expose them.
