Unhappy😒

I've been very disappointed with my experience at this gym. The service is consistently poor, and staff seem unresponsive to members' concerns. The equipment is often unclean and poorly maintained, making workouts feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. The overall cleanliness of the gym is lacking, and for the high fees we’re being charged, I would expect much higher standards. Definitely not worth the cost considering the subpar conditions. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves both the cleanliness and service quality.
