I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the current state of hygiene and service at your Silverton branch. As a loyal member, I expected a clean and professional environment to support my fitness goals, but recent experiences have been far from acceptable. 1. Unclean Mats and Equipment: The gym mats are in a deplorable state. I used a white T-shirt during a workout, and it came back brown from the filth on the mats. It is evident that the mats are not cleaned regularly, despite being exposed to sweat and heavy use. This negligence poses serious hygiene risks and could potentially cause infections, especially for female members.
