Unprofessional business ethics

I am a member or was member of moove motion fitness club, cosmo city, First it was the sonar that they decided to switch off indefinitely without notice, there is no hot water for bathing. When they decided to introduce generator levy they did it without notice to their members. The swimming pool was drained and now we don’t have a swimming pool. To top every thing all up the staff members are rude and unprofessional, when I wanted to pay for my subscription I was told to pay R20 extra for late payment which is not there on my contract or the invoice that was sent to me. I am truly disappointed by the service that we are getting
