Suspicious unauthorised notification of debit order & wrong email address

I received an sms from stratcol nptifying me of a debit order with Moove at Silverton. I phone Stratcol to make enquiries and was referred to Moove Motion Fitness Club in Silverton Pretoria. I called the number first being told by Kabelo that my details were needed for them to contact me. I was not satisfied with this and phoned back to sprak with the manager. I was informed the manager was not in. I then asked to speak to the supervisor to which I was informed "she went to the toilet". I contacted the gym a bit later to speak with the supervisor and was told the supervisor was busy with a client. I then asked for the supervisors name and was told its Kigiso. Eventually after 2pm Kigiso contacted me. I informed her that I have no knowledge of such contract and I dont live in Pretoria. I was asked by Kigiso if I was paying for anyone (example kids) to which I explained I dont have kids. Kigiso then referred me to the regional manager named Zola. The email address furnished to me by Kigiso came back as email address not recognised. It's disappointing and very upsetting knowing that in the midst of an sms which concerns an unauthorised debit order I am also given an invalid/incorrect email address in order to query a matter I have no knowledge of.
