Moove Sunninghill - Impressive Facility

I rarely leave reviews and make an exception this time after looking at all the negative reviews.

I was pretty sceptical joining this gym after reading the reviews but decided to give it a go anyway.

My experience was a largely positive one at Sunninghill.

The sign up process was friendly and efficient, every effort was made to ensure i received the best value offer and while I waited for my Vitality membership benefits to kick in, they accommodated that without any typical gotcha sales tactics.

This generator surcharge which everyone seems to be moaning about was clearly communicated to me and given the dire situation this country has been thrown into by you know who... I find it quite fair given the variable costs required to run the generators for such an expansive gym. It costs less that a Woolies sandwich each month, nothing to complain about.

The staff have been friendly and helpful, minor issues with access etc. resolved on the spot. Always greeted with a genuine smile at entry and they have a sense of humour as well.

The gym is big and well kitted out. Its a pity they decided to remove the pool but I can understand why given electricity issues and costs.

I have 3 minor issues.

Not enough sanitiser around to clean equipment

The mens changing room could do with more regular cleaning

Some of the members have trouble reading and understanding signage (probably why the driving is so poor on the roads). They cant seem to grasp the concept of returning weights back to the racks after using them. They are left strewn all over the show.

All in all, it is a great gym to workout in as there is never waiting for equipment due to the scale of the place, there is ample space and parking, and the range and state of kit is pretty impressive.
