Moove Rosebank Phone Etiquette

Let’s just say phone etiquette is not Moove Rosebank thing. I phoned this morning requesting if I can gym at Rosebank Moove Motion Fitness club as I have been doing for years when it was Viva Gym in holiday times as my own gym is too far away when I am taking a break. Safe to say the gym manager Thepiso Thulo was not the friendliest on the phone when I asked him if I can swing by for the day as I usually did. Now you have to pay a part of your kidney to be able to join all the Moove clubs. I have supported this gym since 2020 and this is the support I get? All he had to say was you can pay R220 entrance for one day??? And then hangs up on me before I can greet properly???? I am highly disappointed and disgusted!!!!!! I miss Viva! Moove has to step up their attitude game!!!!
