Moove is the WORST gym ever

I've started my journey with moove in January 2022 I was very excited I joined the vitality program for R180 per month. I've paid the gym now 2 times R360 something each month "the vitality will activate itself they say" Unfortunately I had to cancel my gym membership as I have to move to klerksdorp for my job.

Now I need to pay R1600 something to cancel my gym membership just because something out of my control happened .

They are very inhumane and not customer focused!

And I will not recommend moove to anyone ever again.
