Moove fourways

I’m driving disappointed with Moove Motion fitness club Fourways. So I had my sister visiting me for 30 days ,she’s from Angola and I also originally from Angola. I went to this branch and asked them that we get to the gym with her for duration of her stay. They gave what they called a short term contract for a month. Now they debit my account monthly and when I asked they tell me I’m on a 12 months contract and I’ll need to pay R6000.00 to get it cancelled. I want that thing cancelled and I find this experience very disturbing and unprofessional.
