MOOVE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PATHETIC

I wish I could even give a zero star rating.

The Moove brand has no respect for their customers nor do they train managers in how to interact with respect.

I was met by an extremely rude and unacceptable branch manager Anzelle at Hillfox who treated me as a customer incorrectly yet now I am the one with a cancelled membership ? After years of being a member at this gym?

Does moove not believe in customer service or hearing the members side?

And when emailed to ask someone to call Me to discuss I was ignored and never heard.

Thank you Moove for kicking me out as I found refuge at the closest Virgin active which opened my eyes to better rates and world class service that you could never match.

No wonder they are one of the biggest gym brands it’s because of how they treat their customers.
