Left behind customers services
As the saying go " With new challenges comes new responsibilities". This is however not the circumstances at the newly renovated, under new management Viva gym Montana which changed to Moove Motion Fitness Club Montana. The new management and owners has felt it adequate to cancel all group classes e.g. spinning. This has discouraged a lot of their current loyal customers in this regard. Management could not provide any reasons for their decision and actions taken as well as if this will be a permanent judgement or not in this regard. This has left those class customers ( who still decided to remain behind or otherwise pay a penalty fee to cancel your contract) to contest with members where the spinning use to take place as an open area of exercise without much attention and support provided by management. Q: if you still have access to the same facilities that you signed up for, is your contract with the business is still valid? Although all group classes has been terminated, it seems that a new group class has been reinstated. This specific step up class clashes with the few members who still used the spinning cycles as they are in the same area where the spinning class use to be. Personal are not much sympathetic to their customers in this regard and are left to defend for themselves. I anticipate Moove Fitness Club should have renovate and revamp certain of their staff members as well as educated some personal on basic client public relations as well as politeness of how to address and work with their customers on a daily basis. In this regard will I strongly recommend for all new customers to really think twice before considering of joining the Moove Fitness club MONTANA in order to save yourself a lot of trouble and difficulties in future.
