False advertising and terrible customer service

Before they were bought over Viva was a great gym. Decided to try Moove prices seemed reasonable the online lady helpful. Complete false advertising not only have classes been taken away when I got there to register I was told sorry it's not actually R299 that's only if you have a gym buddy it's actually R499. So no classes and no buddy so I need to pay more. False advertising and very unfriendly staff. Not at all the gym I remember. You aren't Virgin Active stop pretending to run in their league and treating your clients so badly.
