Don't sign up for contract with Moove!

Worst service! My package came with 3 fit passes and when I tried to use them they told me the gym instructor who had signed me up no longer worked there. Good for him! But how are the terms of my contract linked to his employment?! And, laughter sent an email to their head office only to find out they blocked my email when I tried to follow-up. Ridiculously bad service!
