BREACH OF CONTRACT: INCREASE IN D/O PAYMENT

I've been of this established from Nov on a 1 year contract and have been paying R360pm. Today my d/o came through and it was R375. I went to the gym to enquire and was told by the receptionist that I need to fill in a "ticket" on the website. My ticket is being rejected for some reason. I tried to send an email directly to the info. email address and I got a notification that my email has been "blocked"

I called a number i saw on the website, assuming it was a call centre or head office number and I got through Sunninghill reception.

Bottom line; if a company does not have a head office contact number, there's a lot they are hiding. By the way, I was told that the increase is a "generator levy". This is breach of contract because i never agreed to pay for their running costs.
