BAD GYM MANAGEMENT, MAINTENANCE AND SERVICES
@Move Silverton, Pretoria.
I've been very disappointed with my experience at this gym. The service is consistently poor, and staff seem unresponsive to members' concerns. The equipment is often unclean and poorly maintained, making workouts feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. The overall cleanliness of the gym is lacking, and for the high fees we’re being charged, I would expect much higher standards. Definitely not worth the cost considering the subpar conditions. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves both the cleanliness and service quality. I also don't appreciate the fact that you are still trying to debit money from my account given that i haven't been to the gym for a while and I've been complaining about your awful service.

If I could give this gym zero stars I would!! The Silverton branch has terrible customer service!!
The gym is always extremely dirty (all your nice gym outfits will get ruined from all the dirt), the equipment is old and damaged/broken.
Equipment just keeps getting taken to other gyms and services get taken away with no warning - the sauna has been closed down, the pool has been drained, all group classes got cancelled, equipment is getting less and less by the day.
The owner and management do not care about the members and only do what benefits them.
Do not join this gym!! They will just use you for your money and offer nothing in return
