BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES
My membership contract ended and now they keep on debiting my account even when I am no longer visiting the premises. The Silverton branch has made it very difficult for me to cancel this membership. Now, this has put a financial strain on me as I am paying for services that I am not even using.

21 Oct 2020, 09:47 My contract has ended a long time ago and the person who assisted me to join the establishment never explained that the company will continue debiting my account even after the contract has ended. It is ***** to misinform someone and it is considered as a breach of contract as misleading information was provided under false pretense during the signing of the contract. I have not visited the establishment for over 7 months and I want this contract terminated with immediate effect
