Moot Sand en Klip cheat youth out of money.
Really horrible people My son started a small business in horticulture He was looking for a good price for, Potting Soil. Which he found at this supplier. They confirmed “potting soil” and continued to deliver the so called product next day. When i got home he complained about how sandy the mix is. Now potting soil has a total of up to 10% sand. (Google it for those who doesnt understand the difference) The verbal confirmation over the phone was “potting soil” but the delivery invoice said “lawndressing” Apparently according to this shop, it’s the same thing. And they have never had this negative feedback on any of their products (which i highly doubt) Now the following 2 weeks entailed a lot of gaslighting, because they kept on ghosting my child as he was trying to either get a refund, or the correct product. I got involved, long story short. I was called out and gaslit and they desperately tried to tell me how good of a people they are. I kept on reminding them that this is business and keeping it as such. Took them a week to finally “find time” to pick up their product and then they had the audacity to pay only half back saying suddenly they did inform me “handing fee” which there was no clear communication that i know of If we knew it would be a handling fee (their advert say its FREE for orders in the moot) we would have dropped it off ourselves I am very sure they will respond to this email with further amounts of gaslighting and excuses and im sure they will try and come to a conclusion where its not their faults..The facts is as follows; - They refuse to take responsibility for their bad communicative marketing. - They gaslight and ghost the moment their product is not up to standard or wrong - They go against their advert of “free” and steel money from a young man, trying to make something with his life instead of sitting at home. - They indulge in false advertising, just for the sake of the quick buck. Why not just try and uplift the community? What happened to consumer protection and doing what is right? Instead you get yourself involved in cheating a young man that’s still learning how this world works? Instead you will show him how bad it can get and how little to trust the people around him. Well done moot sand en klip. You guys are the absolute worst!!!
