TRUCK DRIVER DRIVES OFF MY SIDE MIRROR FOR THE SECOND TIME!!

On the 24th November I was on my way home, standing at the robot a truck passed me on the right to take a right arrow. He could see he could not make it, but shoved his way past me anyway. I could see this coming and try to move forward, the front of the truck made it but the back of the truck hit the side mirror off. Because of the traffic I could not do anything about it so I took his registration and phoned the Company. Long story short it was brought to the MD's attention, by the Manager Naathier. I also said his drivers drive like maniacs, they have bad atitudes and could not care if they drive over you. All he did was say there is nothing he could do about it and I must phone my insurance. I don't have insurance I am a widow, have a small car. It is the 2nd time it has happened, the 1st time the truck was driving so fast that I could see his registration in time. I was not going to do anything about it but the more I thought about it, the angrier I became. I'm sorry but what is R600 - R800 to him. How many people does this happen to and how many bothers to complain? Because they know that the owner's could not care whether it's client or not as long as they have the business. I'm disgusted and so many people that asked me what happened to my side mirror!!
