MOOSA FURNITURE LENASIA ARE *******

They are based in Lenasia. There contacts ********** 867 or ********** 920. We purchased a lounge suite from them. Paid in advance for it. They had a display of it in their showroom. On purchasing they said any problem they will give my money back and a 1 year guarantee. Six months the whole base was sinking in. They collected the suite and then returned it without doing anything saying they reinforced the cushions. I refused to take delivery and said I would rather get my money back. They don't take my call and nearly 8 weeks I don't have a lounge suite or my money. They are ******* and duck and dive the issue. We have been to see them several times and phone 5 times a day. when WE ARRIVE AT THE SHOP MOOSA THE OWNER HIDES AWAY AND HIS STAFF GET RUDE AND LIE FOR HIM. I AM SO DISSAPOINTED AS WE HAVE BEEN CUSTOMERS FOR 20 YEARS. How can they ***** my money/lounge suite. DISGUSTING SERVICE. I WANT A FULL REFUND.
