Valentine Dinner Ruined

Online booking made on a great Valentine Dinner Deal at Moors Castle which was scheduled from 18h30 to 23h00. Arrived at 18h00 were offered welcome drink and seated. Then the wait started. Starters served only at 20h00. Prawn ****tails had no sauce in it. Other guests had started to leave. I enquired about main meal at 20h30 was told to wait. At 21h00 enquired again and they said they overbooked and will serve shortly. At 21h30 they brought main meals which were badly plated and cold small chicken breast will veggies which was supposed to be worth R450. The food was tasteless and we also left. At this time there were no other restuarants open in the Krugersdorp area. 50 couples were ****** of their hard earned cash.
