Upset that my Valentines Date with my loved one was a disaster!

Good evening, i would like to give feedback on the event Moors Castle hosted last night "vampire valentines". For the amount of money i paid for me and partner, i expected more. I feel this was a waste of money! The reason why I'm saying this is because when me and my partner arrived we had to wait more than a hour for our starters. When we received our starters it was beetroot with cucumber which were blended together with other ingredients, this tasted totally disgusting that even the people around us did not even finish their starters... For mains we received chicken which were still raw in the inside and not properly cooked with carrots which were so unpleasant to eat as it was not cooked soft like it is suppose to be and green beans that were not prepared and served correctly, etc. I will not recommend people to use Moors Castle's venue or to go to any of your events as their food is not up to standard and not worth the money people have to pay to attend. I could have clearly received better value for money at other places as i expected more aswell from the Moors Castle's live entertainment. This was a complete disappointment! I'm sure that the staff noticed that the people who attended left very early, without finishing their food.
