Disrespecting Clients

Good day,

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from Bhavna of Moors and Hardy Inc. in Port Shepstone/Margate.

I called today to request the contact details of the attorney who had been assisting me. Instead, I was treated disrespectfully and made to feel as though I did not matter as a client. Bhavna answered the call without introducing herself. When I asked for her name, she became upset and ended the call abruptly.

This treatment of clients is unacceptable and must be addressed.
