Mooregate Residential Complex
Been living here since May 1st and from week 1 ive hss issues with my unit. First month , water meter stops working and I as a new tenant should sort it out. 2nd month, kitchen sink is blocked and I have to fix , how does a kitchen sink get blocked from someone who just moved in. July & now August it's been water issue , water pressure and now no hot water. Yoh report the issue it takes several days to fix. The hot water issue is "sorted " just for a week later to have the same issue. You talk to the landlord & explain you've been complaining about your unit since day 1 , he gives nonchalant answers as his unit has no issues. If you want peace & a good place to stay, this isn't one of them especially if you have a troublesome unit.
