Third party claims

On 22 of June,I was involved in an accident with one of their trucks, then I laid a 3rd party claim,when I called the company about the accident, the first told me that the person who was driving the truck didn't report an accident, but they requested the traffic department report on an accident, I sent them everything, but up to today they are not responding from my call.
