On the 27th November 2023 i bought moordrift sour milk, it was so watery couldn't even consume it and i previously bought the brand and was creamy/ enjoyed it

On the 27th November 2023 i bought moordrift sour milk, it was so watery couldn't even consume it and i previously bought the brand and was creamy/ enjoyed it. I sent an email to the supplier as i was disappointed and received a response from the quality manager Desmond Nene on the 6 December 2023, with regards to the content of the email and that he received a similar complain. Requested that i sent my details will arrange with a representative to deliver a hamper which i immediately sent as advised, to date am still awaiting the hamper. Its been 3 nonths with no response, the manager Desmond Nene shifted the blame that he wasnt around. Clearly TCF its not practised by the company/employee, i wouldn't recommend the brand to any of my family/ friends🙃
