Worst institution ever!

Their service has deteriorated! They take up to a month or longer to issue FAIS test results.Apparently their policy says results takes up to 25 working days but still, you rarely get them within that time frame unless you constantly phone and make follow ups. It's the worst institution to obtain a qualification with. If you're not writing your RE, don't dare enroll for any course. Their service is even worse, they are very abrupt and they don't care about your concerns. They don't even deserve a 1 star rating!
