UNFAIR REFUND POLICY

Good day. I had booked and paid for my RE5 Fais Exam back in 2015. I at that point in time wanted to work in the Financial Industry but unfortunately over time I had realized its not my passion to follow that Career path. I was suppose to write the exam but It got postponed as the venue in Durban had closed the actual date and time was 2015-03-06 10:44:55. I phoned in today as I wanted to know if I can get a refund of the R1050 I Paid. The consultant and supervisor explained to me I'm not entitled to a refund as it was too long ago and the price has even gone up by over R100. I would please like to make a request of my refund I am also not asking for the entire amount back as I do understand the penalties. I personally think this is very unfair as I did not write the exam and when I first registered for the exam back in 2015, Antoinette Lewis who no longer works at your offices had gave me incorrect information regarding the cancellation process. I would like someone to please contact me on ********** or ********** .
