HORRIFIC SERVICE

I am beyond disgusted for the service i just received from moonstone call center. I spoke to a consultant who was in such a hurry to transfer me to a manager that i did not ask to speak to. From interrupting me without even allowing me to explain the nature of my query and i when i reprimanded her for not listening to me she then transferred me through to her manager by the name of Ronelle. This Ronelle has the nerve to tell me i am wasting her time when trying to lodge a complaint about the previous rude consultant and was immediate on defense mode without even understanding why i was so irate. It is so appalling that in this day and age we still have call centers that have such disgusting service. I will no accept such horrible service as i with clients on a daily basis.
