I would like commend Louette Cloete on such wonderful service that was rendered to me. I called and needed immediate assistance with getting a copy of a certificate I urgently needed for an interview. She informed me the turnaround time was up to 48hrs and then took upon her herself to assist me even though it wasn't part of her responsibilities.
