I did not receive my package and had no feedback from Moonstone magic despite sending 3 e-mails

Very disappointed, I have not received my package even though tracking shows that it landed in SA on the 18th October and have not heard back from the support team at Moonstone magic even though I have sent 3 e-mails. I doubt I’ll ever buy from them again.
