MBSE moonstone (COB)

I purchased a COB on structured deposit I have been emailing with no assistance,I was told the course is being updated it will be loaded the next week, now no one answers my emails and the other person who assisted did nothing even have a clue why I was talking about, I have always received great assistance from moonstone but this this it’s the worst especially cause I have paid for the course and I’m getting no joy.
