Failed to ****ur booking

Made a booking for my son and his friends. They wee then declined entrance as they were going to the Plett Rage. The booking was over R5k of which I paid a deposit of 50%. Nowhere did the add on Rooms for Africa State no Plett Rage visitors and now they reside to refund me in full even though I had to get new accommodations for the group. Disgusting ********* service and as far as I am concerned they are ******* for not wanting to refund me. I made the booking in good with so unless you want to deal with such dishonesty stay away.
