Don't care attitude

I was super excited to have used them, till I reached the property and no one was around. I tried calling numerous times with no luck, eventually the garden boy got a hold of the owner. I said I have a 2pm appointment (it was already 10 mins after 2)her response was "I'm aware“then asked me to wait another 10 min as she is at the CAR WASH!! Surely if you are not at home, a client should be notified in advance?? Not once was an apology Offered, when I said I'm leaving and want a refund, she said "OK Bye" The service received was rude and the level of a "don't care attitude" Shocking!!!At least be considerate of peoples time, and the distance they drive to get there.... Matter handled VERY POORLY AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
