I paid for balustrades to be installed at my house in September 2025 till this day they haven’t been installed. Whenever I ask for a refund I’m given excuses on how the deposit I paid them was used to buy the materials. For months now they’ve been giving me the run around giving me empty promises, shifting the blame on their supplier. When in fact they’ve spent my money on lord knows what. I’ve even had to take legal action against them. This company is not a trustworthy company. I honestly wouldn’t recommend their services.
