Mooney's glass works Ladysmith employees attitude is bad

The service in this branch is bad. I complained after I received improper service and the manager resolved the issue after my daughter requested that they investigate the matter. They then send my daughter rude text messages telling us that we are dull and lack integrity and the complaint was too trivial. How can you assist clients when you call them dull. The attitude towards their customers is terribly bad. As an old woman, I feel so disrespected.
