SETTLEMENT LETTER

Good day, since on wednesday i requested a settlement letter from Keshia, and she kept on saying she will email it to me. i dont know how many times i called Mooney ford and they dont email me the settlement letter. what makes me angry is that they telling me that the settlement is only valid for that day you requesting it, and i really dont know if they send that letter in the afternoon, what time will i send it to the bank if its valid for that day only. im really angry with the serve because they will keep on phoning me or sending me sms that i have to pay for legal fees, whereas you ask for the settlement letter they dont send it on time.
