REFUSAL OF REFUND

To Whom It May Concern. Mooney Ford Attorneys have been phoning me a while back in regards to a payment of R 984.91 that needed to be paid to Robinson Private Hospital. I then made a payment of R 990.00 on the 20th May 2017, and i sent the Proof of payment to my Financial Advisor at my Medical aid, the Hospital and Mooney Ford Attorneys. Then my Medical Aid contacted me ad said that the following: "Good day Thank you for contacting Momentum Health. Please note that the hospital was paid an amount of R 984.91 on the payment run date 12/05/2017, the member needs to get a refund from the hospital. The reference number for your enquiry is ********** 12. You are welcome to email us at ********** . To submit documentation for processing, including applications, outstanding requirements, membership documents (such as change of bank details, addition of dependants, etc.), please email viphealthnewbusiness@ momentumhealth.co.za. To submit new claims please email ********** Kind Regards" I then Phoned Mooney Ford Attorneys and said that i will be needing a refund of R990.00, I spoke to Kubashnee and she said that i should forward her a copy of my ID and 3 Months Bank statements and then she will forward it to the hospital and my refund will then be done. Since that day i have been emailing Kubashnee and asking for the refund and she then phoned 2 times just to say that the documents are still with the hospital, but now when i email her there is no response from Mooney Ford Attorneys what so ever. They Phoned me and said that if i do not make a payment they will ITC me, but now that they need to pay me back i get the feeling that they are ignoring me on purpose and are not willing to pay me back the R 990.00. Its very unprofessional and i dont know why im not getting the R990.00 back, its been a week
