Refund suddenly gone

Actually they do not even qualify for any rating. I paid them a amount of R1 100.00 extra. There is no way to get this refund from them. They first send me a letter telling me to go to the bank where I made the payment and get them from them. I went to the bank just to hear that they do not get involve in any refunds. Today I phone them and now they want to tell me that I was only sent a letter of settlement after they deducted that payment. Very funny that the letter has a date before the payment was made. Today they want to tell me that I need to go to the store and they will see if they can help me. The payment was made to Mooney Ford Attorneys. Now suddenly they do not now anything. Well all that I can deduct from this is that Mooney Ford Attorneys like to ***** money. Be very careful when you have any thing to do with Mooney Ford Attorneys.
