Poor Response /Unallocated Funds

I received a letter from Mooney Ford Attorneys acting on behalf of Woolworths Visa Credit Card in April 2015 stating that I need to pay R500. They gave me their banking details as well a false reference number which I used for paying. I paid R650 on the 19th of may and sent them the Proof of of Payment.and they said they would liaise with Woolworths to find out if it has been allocated. A month later, It still hasn't been allocated/Updated, and I'm not getting any feedback from them. Worse part is I'm being charged arrears, when my account is supposed to be up to date.<br>
