Paid but still being harassed via sms and Phone

This acc was pd via EFT on 02/07/15, to date still not sorted. Demanding my financial statements, invading my personal life and the most unhelpful people I have ever come across. Given them proof of payment (not good enough), they can see money was paid but a reversal was done, by whom I have no idea, (definitely not back into my acc that's for sure), surely this would be in a suspense acc? I have spent 4 hrs with my bank (Bank having spoken to Mooney Ford and telling them NO reversal has been done still not good enough), 2 hrs with their bank, trying to resolve this to no avail. Come on get your act together!!!!
