Mooney Ford or Mooney Frod Attorneys???

<p>I have requested a detailed statement from these *********** people for over a year now. I need to settle my account that was handed over to them but am being ignored. I was under financial pressure and was unable to make the neccessary payments, thus my account got handed over to them. I've since made monthly payments, and now want to settle. I'm being offered a settlement discount - I suspect, to just pay up and go away. I have worked for various attorneys, and you need to keep records of every client - and every single transaction - once this complaint is lodged, I will copy and paste this to the Law Society as well. All that I am asking for, is a detailed statement, showing me what the initial debt was, with your charges and interest and less the monthly payments??? How can this not be possible.</p>
