so i have been paying Mooney Ford Attorneys for my Woolworth in store account i paid them off through a debit am waiting for a paid up letter which siphelele said i will receive today 2018/09/14 siphelele she transferred me to Craig who i think he take things serious as he kept laughing for what i don't know i have been waiting for the letter how long should i wait .

I am advised that the delay in getting the settled letter to you was due to us waiting for client to confirm that it could be sent. It is our understanding that as your final payment having been made by email our client was only willing to authorise us to the send the letter once all the relevant clearances in respect of the payment had passed.
I am further advised that the settled letter was emailed to you on 17 September and that this was telephonically confirmed to you on the 19th of September by one of our managers.
In the circumstances, your concern has now been dealt with and we would appreciate it if you could update this post accordingly.
