*********** and fails to stick to debit order date agreements
VERY Disappointing experience! Debit order is supposed to come off on the 25th of each month, but this month they decided to do it on the 21st and blame the public holiday. Considering sending them a calendar because they clearly don't know the difference of four days. ***********! Asked for an immediate refund, get told that it will only reflect in 2 weeks. ANOTHER irritating factor is that my debit order goes off each month, no problem, yet each month I get an SMS to say that I have not paid. Ridiculous service.
