HOW CAN MY BALANCE BE SO HIGH?

Good day, <br> <br> My WW visa was handed over a good number of years ago (at least 3-4 years). I have been paying R400 on this every month. I have just been told that my balance outstanding is still in the region of R9000. I find this hard to believe. I want a full break down in terms of all payments I have made and the charges that have been added by your Company.
