Harassment worth suing this company for

I would like to cite a CLASS ACTION if anyone is brave enough to join me. CONSTANT HARASSMENT FROM THEIR UNCONTROLLABLE clearly unmanaged and clearly stupid callcentre. Yes I defaulted. Yes I made an “arrangement” to pay which I have stuck to. Daily weekly calls which I have now recorded. HARASSMENT AND VIOLATION OF PRIVACY AND MY CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS. I doubt if any of the twelve big knob partners even read these or care. Your firm is DISGUSTING
