dump fools

<p>I called on the 30- jun-2017 reqesting for my balance , the told me it is R4788.22 today 24-07-2017 i called again requesting for the settlement to close the account they told me it is R5774.00 when i asked the lady who sent it to me ********** what does the amount include , she had no idea she said it was sent to her by ********** so i asked this second lady she said it the legal fees admin fee. so my agurment is if it something that is standard how is that the first lady does not know what the amount includes or what was it for. and i have been treated like a fool being transfered to that person and that person the whole day. i understand that i am owing but it due to something i had no control over but to be treated like a fool is not fair. i requested for the damn manager to call me but nothing . i refuse to pay this admin fee because i was not advised about it.</p>
