Debt collecting

After telling to the above mentioned attorneys people for 2 days in a row now, that I was sequestrated in July 2016, they keep on sending smses in regard of debt collecting AND keep calling. They keep on threatening me, I quote : 'No payment arrangements has been made on your Absa Homeloan account. Call Mooney Ford Att now on ********** 219 to avoid further charges' after spoken to a lady at this company at 14h10 today. The sms was received at 15h36.

Dear Jeanette

Can you please provide me with a copy of the Final Order confirming your sequestration. If this is not available, please advise who was appointed to wind up your affairs and what is their contact details.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Please find the relevant documentation the same way you found my name. It was published in the Green Gazette as well. Every time I have to 'please provide me with a copy of the Final Order confirming your sequestration. ' it costs me money. Surely you must be able to obtain it yourselves?

I don't need any assistance from you I need to be left alone as I've told you was sequestrated now a year ago - leave me alone. Absa didn't hand me over to you for collection : you found my name on a database. I'm telling you for the atmost last time : please stop calling and sending smses as I see this a harrassment.

I am afraid that you are mistaken Jeanette. You have been handed over to us for collection on a debt that, on the face of it, is legally enforceable against you. If you allege that you are not obliged to pay by virtue of you having been sequestrated, it is up to you to satisfy us and our client that that is the case. Given your refusal to provide us with a copy of the final order of sequestration we have no alternative but to proceed with recovery processes

Funny, Groenewald, Lubbe used the same scenario : according to them, Absa handed me over for collection to them? In the end, they had to apologize to me. Why don't you call them and confirm seeing that you insist on all?
