<p>So, after getting a settlement amount last month of R3200, paying R2000 last month and mistakenly paying R3000 this month...after asking about 3 times for this months settlement amount and not receiving anythng, I get a call today saying in order for them to finalise my settlement letter, I still owe R289-00..</p> <p>***? I paid R5000 on a R3200 settlemnt figure and I still owe money?</p> <p>I think you owe me a refund of at least R1000.</p> <p>You people are absolute ****** and *******...you can nver provide a statement detailing the costs...and based on what I have paid off and how much I owed, you are definitely NCA compliant.</p> <p>I will be taking this up with the Ombudsman, and also reorting your firm to the LAw Society.</p> <p> </p> <p>You dont seem to take Hello Peter seriosly due to all the complaints as well as the negative feedback and non responses...but you are taking advantage of people in difficult circumstances...but you have really picked on the wrong person now.
